There is one last stop at Ironstone 100K! We’re calling it Trail’s End Café — the final aid station at Ironstone 100K, serving up a well-deserved finish line meal and one last refuel before you head home. Whether you’re a finisher, a DNF warrior, or one of our amazing volunteers, Doan’s Bones Barbeque will be dishing out a hearty breakfast and lunch at the finish line... on us!

Breakfast:

Trailhead Bowl — (Breakfast Bowl. Bacon or sausage, potatoes, eggs and cheese) Fuel up once again before going home.

Switchback Sammie — (Breakfast Hoagie. Bacon or sausage, eggs, & cheese on a 6” roll) Packed, like the events in the past 19-hours.

Rainbow Trail Wrap — (Loaded Breakfast Burrito. Sausage, egg, cheese, onions, peppers, & potatoes) A boulder-sized bite for a boulder-sized day.

Little Flat Bowl — (French Toast Bowl. French toast, syrup, & bacon or sausage) A sweet treat to finish the trail.

Lunch:

Finisher’s Brisket — (Beef Brisket. Doans BBQ w/ horseradish sauce) — Slowly-cooked, just like your brain.

Pulled Pork Pit Stop — (Pulled Pork Doans BBQ) — A deserved refuel after those tough miles.

Tussey Ridge Run — (Pulled Pork w/ Cheese and Fried Onions) — Because the finish like is always better with cheese.

Sloppy Summit — (Pulled Pork with Coleslaw and Fresh-cut Fries) — The messier the better—like your shoes at mile 63.

Brisket Boulders — (Brisket Cheesesteak. With peppers, onions, & cheese) — Rock-solid flavor.

Nacho Ordinary Ultra — (Pulled Pork or Beef Brisket Nachos. House-made tortilla chips, baked beans, & cheese sauce) — A mountainous pile of goodness.

Ankle Graveyard Bowl — (Doans BBQ Mac Bowl. Choice of pork or brisket) — A tangled trail of cheesy, BBQ-y heaven.

99K Fries — (Fries with cheese, baked beans, and pork BBQ) — Think of these when you're one more kilometer to the finish.

The Pretzel — (Soft Pretzel with cheese or honey mustard. Add pork BBQ or beef brisket!) — Twisted and swollen, like your ankles.

I'm Fried — (French Fries)

Sides: Coleslaw; Mac N' Cheese; Baked Beans; Kale Salad.

Also at the Finish Line:

Buzzsaw Coffee Hot coffee, cold brew, iced tea and possibly a couple different flavored cold brew drinks including a honey and mint cold brew. Levity Brewing Company Various beers including the Ironstone-exclusive, "Beer-Mosa" (Tang-Glider Sour and Orange Juice).
